The 12th Annual Conference of the European Society of International Law (ESIL) "How International Law Works in Times of Crisis" will take place in Riga, Latvia, on 8-10 September 2016. The Riga Conference will be hosted by Riga Graduate School of Law in cooperation with the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Latvia, with support of several governmental and international organizations, including the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia.
